After completing her training at the “Royal Academy of Art” in The Hague, Loes Botman began specializing in drawing with pastel. The simplicity of the material and the diversity of drawing techniques has always drawn her to the medium. With pastel, she is able to work directly on the surface of the paper, using only her hands.
